PASTOR ALLEN AND DANIELE HAMLIN
Allen and Daniele met in college. When God called them together and into ministry, they moved to Allen’s home state of Maine where they were married. They ministered in Strong for over five years where Allen was the associate pastor. He also became the NYI president for the Maine District and served for seven years. In 2013, Allen became the senior pastor of the Millinocket Church of the Nazarene and they have been happily serving here ever since.
Daniele earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Eastern Nazarene College. She has been on several mission trips stateside and abroad since she was nineteen. Most of her occupations have been secretarial, but she has also worked in retail and journalism. Daniele enjoys reading, knitting, writing, and art when she has time. Daniele is involved behind the scenes in the Local Church and is happy to serve with the gifts God has given her.
Pastor Allen joined the National Guard before enrolling at ENC. In the midst of college, he deployed for 18 months to Iraq. He later earned his bachelor’s degree in Theology. He has been on many Work & Witness trips around the world since he was sixteen. Allen loves snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, and four wheeling when he gets a chance. Pastor Allen continues to be involved on the Maine District by helping out with the Board of Ministry, Nazarene Missions and a few other responsibilities.
In March of 2021 Pastor Allen and Daniele welcomed their first child and named her Aladise.
